    hey soo i started out about your size, i was about 190ish and im only like 5’3.5, im not stuck at 148 give or take a couple, and its killing me. i work out everyday, i obviously watch what i eat, etc. i know ive gained a lot of muscle which makes you heavier on the scale, and i have been losing inches, but i feel like its not happening fast enough. what did you do during your plato? im currently working out with guy friends to tone, and doing the tough mudder work out plan.

    Laura you are such an inspiration and your body is kick ass. Dont mind people saying your legs are too muscular. I think muscular legs are the shit! I’m not a fan of large muscles anywhere else on a girl…I like definition more…but with the legs, I love them to be muscular. Regardless what anyone else thinks though, it’s about what you think looks nice.

    Your abs are fantastic now(i will take them lol) but if you continue to work on them they will be AMAZING you have a nice shape to your tummy.
    I have also heard that running tends to make legs thicker?!!
