Presented by www.BeautifulOnraw.com You’ve heard about middle age spread. It feels like everything we eat ends up around our midsection. I have news for you. Not every kind of food is headed to your waist and hips. Only cooked food does—and not just the obvious things, like burgers and fries, but any kind of cooked food. People who need to lose weight do exceptionally well on the raw foods. The raw foods are generally lower in calories than cooked foods. There is more than enough protein in raw fruit & leafy greens. Check out the worlds strongest mammals…elephant, horse, gorilla, rhino, etc. they get all the protein they need from plant foods. Humanity has been brainwashed with all the protein propaganda thanks to the meat & dairy industries. The fact is, protein from any source other than fruits & greens is highly toxic to the human body and you will be much better off eliminating concentrated proteins from your diet.

Nuts are great source of protein. Please, read my book Your Right to Beautiful: Miracle of Raw Foods for more information

  • luvnmees says:

What do you use for protein?

I’ve never resorted to cosmetic procedures—no injections, no surgery, no nips, no tucks, just the raw foods and Bikram yoga. Check my website in the end of this video… 600 pages of free articles.

@ezlorulz–yes you do lose weight. There are many raw food forums with people discussing this. I used to work at a resort, I saw some pretty amazing transformations.

  • newfcsb17 says:

    very interesting video

  • Shanockdotcom says:

A bit scientifically inaccurate. Cooked foods are in fact much easier for the body to process – that’s why extra energy can be stored as fat. Raw foods (especially veggies) are harder to process, and much more of the nutritional potential is literally wasted down the toilet. Yeah it’s good for weight loss, but it’s basically dieting through less efficient digestion rather than smaller portions. Look it up: cooked food provided the nutrition boost that sparked the evolution of human intelligence.

gorgeous, what an inspiration. i’ve been vegan for years and dabbled with raw mainly because of my addiction to cooked food. but looking at you just makes me want to go raw right now.
